• Extensive experience developing strategies, exercises, and policies for the IC, DoD, and foreign partners to solve national security problems, mitigate future threats, and reduce significant risks. This includes several national strategies, as well as Department and Agency strategies.
• 20 years of strategic assessments for DoD, overlapping with 20 years in the Intelligence Community at multiple agencies, including the National Intelligence Council, working on strategic competition, hybrid warfare, collection, counterintelligence, and deception issues.
• Designed, developed, or run over 120 seminars, tabletop exercises, and wargames. Three national tradecraft awards for my teams’ analysis, and multiple requests by the Obama White House for my strategic assessments team to take on tough national security topics.
